Marathon offers 24 intense 30-40 minute workouts to lose weight, strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and posture. Workout videos are posted daily so you can exercise at your convenience. During your workout, a personal mentor and trainer will monitor your technique and communicate with you in a dedicated chat room for marathon participants.
